We can instantly free an entire family by paying off their debt to the brick kiln owners that they couldn’t possibly pay back by their own means thanks to extremenly low wages that fall below the legal minimum wage of Pakistan and the high level of interest charged.
This everlasting debt is passed down from generation to generation and the workers find themselves in a perpetual debt cycle and simply are JUST SURVIVING and hanging on!
